1.WATER INTAKE

Increase your fluid intake to achieve a urine output of at least 2.5 L/day.
2.Sugar-sweetened drinks
simple sugar leads to increase urinary calcium excretion thus leading to stone formation, so reduce or avoid the consumption of drinks containing sugars like cold drinks, cola , canned juices etc.
3. DIET
calcium excretion in urine increase as your consumption animal protein increase, so avoid high amount of animal proteins like beef, mutton and chicken on regular basis.
